Getting to know you

A relaxed first call, usually remote. We get to know each other and align on mutual expectations.

Deep-dive

A deeper conversation about your experience and way of working, with a small, practical task if it makes sense.

Decision

Fast, transparent feedback and, if it's a fit, a concrete offer. No endless waiting loops.
